 Singing at the Rockies game!

Hello Pine Grove Elementary Parents and Students!

My name is Ms. St. Gemme-Pate and I am the new Music Teacher at Pine Grove. I have been at the school for a few weeks, and I already love teaching your students! I think this will be a great school year filled with lots of music.

This year, I am starting up a new Choir Program! The last time Pine Grove has had choir was in 2019. The kids and staff are very excited to see it come back. Choir is open to all 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. In Choir, students will be able to learn how to sing with others in an ensemble setting, while also developing their own individual vocal abilities. This is a great opportunity for students to meet others that aren’t normally in their classes, and build a new relationship with music like never before!

The rehearsals will be held Wednesday mornings from 7:30 am - 8:15 am. When arriving at the school, I will let the students in through the front door. The start date is September 14th. The concert will be on December 8th at 6:30 pm in the Gym (directly to the right when you walk into the front doors.) Here is a list of all the scheduled rehearsals:
